trusted activities

activities that
understand.

A collection of places, courses, and activities where staff truly know how to work with neurodivergent children. No pressure to perform, no raised eyebrows, no “the others can do it.” Just people who already know how — and places that adapt to the child, not the other way around.

how we choose

what we look for.

Not every child-friendly activity works for a child with autism, ADHD, language disorder, or sensory sensitivity. For every place on this list, we asked four questions.

01

Experienced staff

People with real experience with neurodivergent children — not “everyone's the same,” but “every child different.”

02

Calm environment

Soft lighting, no needless noise, room for a pause. Or a busy space with a quiet corner to step into.

03

Child's pace

No schedule the child must fit. The activity adjusts — not the child.

04

Parent welcome

The option to stay, be near, or step out for a moment — depending on what the child needs.
